We're going to grill burgers and I was thinking about marinading the meat for a couple hours first. I found a few recipes online, but I figured I'd ask you ladies for a good recommendation.
I like to mix Lipton's onion soup mix in. Usually 1/4-1/2 a package is enough for 1lb of meat ( you don't want it too oniony) and a few dashes of A1 steaksauce.

I put in a bit of A1 and worcestershire sauce... that usually makes for pretty tasty burgers. Oh, and make sure the meat is at least 80/20 for a good burger, don't go too lean if you really want some good taste.

I dont think marinades work well with burgers. I typically buy the ground beef and mix in a little bread crumbs, worcester sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, & onion powder (or chopped onions if I have them) and then form patties. They're yummy!
Ohhhhh - go to cooks.com and look up volcano burgers.... some cheese, bacon and ranch in the pattie, now I know what I'm making for dinner!! They are kinda a pain - but totally worth it!
Re: Does anyone have a good burger marinade recipe?
I usually mix in a bit of Worcestershire and some seasoning salt before making the patties.
Marinades never tend to work well for burgers, at least in my experience.
this.
and I also like adding diced onion and garlic to my meat before forming the burgers.
its also never bad when you add in bbq sauce...
