Endocrinologist dont mess around

I'm scheduled for a pelvic us. She ordered a glucose tolerate test, thyroid, horrmone, urine, cortisol and some more bloodwork.  I have to wait for my test to come back before she makes a decision on our next form of treatment.  She does want me to try and loose AT LEAST 20lbs.  She was so nice and supportive.

    Try and at least what 20 lbs??  Gain and lose?  Hope everything workss out!
