Have you ever been to either? How are the prices and the food? Which do you prefer best? DH birthday is next weekend and I wanted to take him out to dinner, I thought about these 2 since he's a big Miami Dolphin fan. If not either of these where do you recommend for a nice night out with the hubs?
Re: Dan Marino's v. Don Shula?
Two completely different caliber of restaurants. Dan Marino's is a casual place, and nice menu... think PFChang prices. Shula's Steakhouse (not sure if same you are speaking of) is a lot fancier... think Ruth Chris. Both are good, but IMO, nothing to rave home about.
In case you didn't know, Miami Spice is going on now. If you find a place you are interested in, make sure to check the menu... a few places i want to go basically only offer seafood which DH doesn't eat. =(
Good luck!

Fabulous! Thanks for your help ladies!
Coco- what is Miami Spice????
Miami Spice is an "event" in which a bunch restaurants from around town participate to help market their rest. They offer a set menu (several items to choose from) for $23 lunch and $36 dinner. Most of the rest. are on the upperscale, so the prices are great. Every yr, it is held Aug - Sept... however, they are hosting a Spring version in May. Here's a list of rest, and their menus.

How great is that! Thank you for recommending the site!
I think I must toss a coin in order to decide where to eat!
