Don't own a car... taking baby home...

We do not own a car and will probably be going home from the hospital w/ our little one in a zipcar (rent by the hour car).

I was hoping to get some ideas from those of you who also don't own a car.

What car seat do you recommend? How was your trip home from the hospital? What are some things to consider?
