The docs roll their eyes a wee bit when I say "my weight fluctuates about 10 lb depending on where I'm at in my cycle" but, for realsies, 'tis the truth.

I'm choosing to see the silver lining, that I'm still down 4 since Jan :-P

Me too! I can go up and down 5 lbs in a matter of days. Especially around AF...

The same thing happened to me! Just take those 4 pounds and be proud of yourself, you're doing great!
