ARGH!!! MOM!
The woman drives me insane!
Back story: My DD is smart, to smart, and can peg a sucker from a mile away and totally take advantage of them. She also is a magnet for injuries due to the fact that she doesn't pay attention to what she's doing and she's a total clutz (she gets that from me, sorry kid).
Well no matter what I say or how I disipline DD my mother has something to say about it. We live 5 minutes apart and since I spend alot of my time saying "DD, no, wait , watch out, you're gonna get hurt" etc I get to hear my mother tell me "she's fine, leave her alone, you're always bothering her" etc on a constant basis. DD also takes full advatage of this situation. I'm sure it's common to have a mom that does this, I just feel like since I see her all the time, it happens ALL THE TIME.
Sorry about the vent and the wall of words, I just got off the phone with her and had to get it out.

Ahhhh this is what I get to look forward to in 2 months. Only mine is 45 minutes away but has told me she'll come visit us every day or every other day. Yipppeee.
