nipple fussiness...please help

Feeding LO has become such a chore these days.  He constantly cries and fusses.  I originally thought it was because of his reflux but he takes the bottle w/o a problem.  My nipple on the other hand he screams at.  Anyone else have this problem??  It's so disheartening!

    Maybe he's getting mad because he's not getting anything right away like the bottle.  DD #1 I had to switch back and forth from my breast to a pacifier to calm her down until my milk let down.
