Sorry R for hi-jacking your post ... What are you SF ladies doing on Friday, May 22nd? Just askin' ....

Kelly stole my line.
My MIL will be in town that day but depending on when her flight comes in, I would LOVE to hang out with you!!! And if she is already in town, I might drag her alone. DH has to work, so I know she'd like spending some QT with Faith. ?

I've got that Friday off. Jack has her 2-yr old well baby checkup (yeah, almost 2months late) in the morning, but then I'm free the rest of the day. OH, and I'll have my first born with me as well.
Kelly - I had talked to Falynn about meeting up with her at the Oakland zoo. I know that's the Friday before the long weekend, but I am trying to step out of my comfort zone and go places when I actually have the day off.
So in short, yes I'll be in town...doing, at the very least, something
ETA: I should say that I'll be on THAT side of the Altamont on that day (after Jack's appointment)

the zoo would probably be more fun for Josh.
I was just going to ask if there was much for Josh to do at SF (besides run around after his sister )

Are you kidding?? Just hand that kid a roll of quarters and drag him out of the arcade for lunch and he'll be happy as a clam! I think, anyway. I've never met a boy that age who couldn't spend hours and hours at an arcade!

You are so right Sol ... although, Josh NEVER minds being the one to chase after his sister. I know I should count my lucky stars that he doesn't mind being the chaser.

duh! Why didn't I think about the arcade??? If he likes the arcade games, he'd enjoy it. ?

No worries at all, Rachel! I feel like I am the queen of not saying goodbyes from anywhere since the boys can go from ok to CRAZY meltdown in a matter of seconds. It was so good to see you and the kids and you look GREAT!!
And, Josie if you really are gonna be on this side of the Altamont, I will try to work something out to finally meet you!! (I may be visiting my dad that week...)
All right. I will set in stone that after Jack's appointment on the 22nd, we will head over to that side of the hill. We can work out SF, zoo or whatever as we draw closer to the date.

No worries. It's so tough. We all understand and have been there. It was nice to see you for the time that you were able to stay.
AND you so did well for your first solo outing. I was impressed that you braved it without a stroller of some sort!!
BUT you got out of the house with two kids, and that is a victory!
Wish we could have been there.

But..but...but...I don't care
I'll make you love me...just you wait...

Aw, I'm sorry we didn't get to hang much. J was being pretty clingy and demanding himself so it wasn't the best for us either.
But 5/22 sounds great, Josie!! I think we'd be up for a rematch w/SFs by then!

Sorry I missed you at SFs today!
We *may* be able to make it to the zoo on the 22nd!! Especially if you are in town, Josie!

Yippee!!! I'm excited ...
April, the stroller was parked by the gym, but I didn't think I was allowed to roll it around, until I saw you guys, another lesson learned!
Josie, the 22nd might work for us!
