DH and I just signed the offer paperwork for a new house! I'm so excited. We are busting at the seams in our current house. This would basically be our forever house. We could have 2 more kids and fit in it comfortably. And it's completely updated with a brand new kitchen. Now we just have to wait to hear from the sellers!

Good luck and thank you for stimulating the economy.

We are trying to sell a house right now and have 8 offers now. One is even higher than our asking price. I am holding my breath.
