Help me convince DH to let me stay home

I need some pros for staying home. Our current childcare situation is not working out and we cannot afford to go to a daycare center. Well we could afford it but it would not be worth it for me to work. My boss allows me to bring DS with me and DH just says that I should do that. Well DS cannot sleep in my office at all. The constant coming and going of customers keeps him awake and as a result he is miserable which makes me miserable. So him being with me at work is not working out the way I though it would. How do I get DH to understand this. He thinks I can just deal with it. Suggestions please!!!!

    Mr. TRAlbaugh, babies need to be able to sleep, or they can't develop properly.  And who better to stay at home and watch your baby than his own mother? :)

    I agree with Buckets. Is there any way you can work pt from home? Or maybe he can try taking the baby into work one day and see how well that works out for him.

    A sleepy baby who can't nap is a very unhappy baby. It's not healthy.

    It sounds like he doesn't want to bear the financial burden involved with being an one income family.

    Can you actually afford to SAH? Like if he gets laid off and you are both not working, will you lose your home/cars/food, etc? I would take a long hard look at it from that angle and lay it out for him that way.
