Another Clomid question

Did you ovulate on the first month of using Clomid? If not, after how long did it take and did you get a higher perscription for it or did your doctor perscribe another kind of med?

In addition, how many got a BFP while on Clomid and what month of using it?

I think that's it for now.

    I o'd the first month.  I had 5 follicles over 13, after seeing that my RE triggered O for me and I got KTFU on the first month on clomid.

    edit: I had 2 follicles between 2  16 and 18 and 1 at 15 and the others were at  13.

    Hello.  I did ovulate on my first cycle of Clomid but I got a BFN.  I'm starting my 2nd cycle on it tonight so we'll see if it works again.  I do know that many women don't ovulate on it right away and have to have their dosages increased.  It really depends on the individual.

    If my Re puts me on clomid next month I want to be like you! Pleeeeease lol

    I did NOT ovulate the first time I was on clomid. Because I needed to be on more medicines combined with the clomid to make me ovulate...which is why so many people on here suggest you make sure your doctor does all the testing needed to make sure of WHY you have to be on clomid.

    I never ovulated, my cysts just got bigger, and then finally after taking Provera, AF came at cycle day 90.

    Be very cautious with clomid, some doctors like to just toss you on it....as my 1st doctor did. I switched and thankfully I did. The metformin I started taking, combined with the clomid, helped me ovulate on cd17.

    My dr. put me on Clomid.  I didn't ovulate the first two rounds.  Right now, I have 150mg waiting for me at home if AF arrives soon so I can move onto round #3.

    1st month:  50mg, 3 follicles (14, 15, 20), BFN

    I am on it for LPD though, so I was already ovulating every month.

    I find out the results of Round 2 tomorrow morning at my ultrasound!  I'm so excited.  They doubled my dosage to 100mg, so I assume I'll have more follicles than last time.  I'm actually nervous about having like 10 follicles!

    I did O the first month on clomid (50mg) but came up with a BFN.  We're still working on things so I'll let you know when we get the BFP (this was my last month on Clomid however, we're going with all injectibles next time round)

    I did O on Clomid...I've done two cycles of it...both BFN's. I do however O without Clomid, just later in the cycle. This month I am taking a break from it though...
