The only thing curbing my morning m/s...

An Egg McMuffin..

I wish it was something healthier, but it's the only thing that makes me feel a million times better until round 2 rolls around in late afternoon.

  • Egg McMuffins aren't too awful bad for you. 300 calories, 12g fat (eesh!) but it has 18g of protein...that's probably why it's helping you so much. Glad you found something that works!

  • Well, there could be worse things than an Egg McMuffin.  Actually, I was craving that the other day too!
  • Me too! I bought some Jimmy Dean ones at the grocery store... I don't have the nutritional info in front of me, but I figured they've got to be better than McDonalds and... they're at your house (or work) whenever you need one!!!
  • LOL!  I had just sent hubby to McDonalds this morning to get me one.  I inhaled it, but was worried about the sausage upsetting my stomach.  So far so good!
