The tech and doctor at my last u/s didn't say much, so my OB gave me the results yesterday. He said the baby is "really big" and in the 100th percentile. Then he started throwing around phrases like "complications such as shoulder dysplasia" and "possible cesarean".
So, now I not only have to worry about my own weight gain, but the baby's too!
Re: I'm carrying a linebacker.
Well, we could start a football team. I think I'm carrying a kicker.
Hope everything goes ok!
Well at least you won't have to worry about bully's beating up your kid. lol?
?
No but my mom was the same way with my youngest sister they ended inducing her early because she was getting to big and my mom wanted her out. ?
I have to ask, how much does baby weigh? My husband and his parents keep telling me how big they all were... and if freaks me out! lol
He didn't give me an exact size and I didn't ask. It's probably best that I don't know so I don't spend the next 19 weeks completely freaking out. LOL
I'll have another u/s with the specialist in the 3rd tri because DH and I both have family histories of craniosynostosis. Hopefully we'll have a better idea then.
