  I have my husband wake me up at 11:00 at night, with a snack and prenatal vit. I eat, take the pill and fall quickly asleep before I have a chance to get sick or taste it.

  I take them right before bed with a full glass of milk, or you can take with water. Mine were making me sick to take them any earlier.?

  I take prenate and dont burp them up at all..  the have this vanilla flavor that doesnt taste bad.. but they are a bit pricy..

  My doctor told me it was fine to take Flinstone chewables until the nausea went away. I also have a prescription for folic acid.
