I am beyond frustrated.? And we don't have any breakfast food in the house.? Hey, I can eat healthy tomorrow...and the next day after that...

  • Well, oatmeal is not bad for you. Kashi makes oatmeal dark chocolate chip cookies w/ a good amount of fiber in them. Sometimes I eat those in the morning! Not the best, but good enough for me...

I consider oatmeal in any form to be good, hearty breakfast food.
