What do you eat for breakfast?

Just trying to get some quick ideas...I don't have time to cook up eggs, waffles, etc. Lately I have been eating a Luna Bar along with 2 egg whites from hard boiled eggs. What's on your menu in the morning?

    February 12th, 2012: BFP! EDD 10/23/12
    Mar 12th 2012: diagnosed as blighted ovum

  • I usually have a bagel with cream cheese or some kind of fruit bar in the morning. If I have time I will fix myself a scrambled egg.

  • Today I had two oatmeal raisin cookies and some chocolate milk.  Yesterday I had a small fruit cup.  I'm not doing so good with the whole breakfast thing lately....

  • The last couple of mornings I've had a bowl of cereal and then at breaktime I eat a piece of fruit.  I might try some waffles of something along those lines tomorrow just for something different.

    Oatmeal with a dried fruit and nut mix and honey. Or, oatmeal square cereal with rapsberries. However, I think I'm going to add eggs into the mix because that sounds wonderful!

  • I have been eating cereal first thing, and then having some fruit a bit later on.  I have been craving apples w/ PB lately.

  • I usually have yogurt w/ berries (strawberry, blueberries).  when in a big hurry, i just grab an banana and a glass of milk and drink it on my way to work.

  • Peanut Butter toast seems to work well with me. I have stopped eating cereal because I kept throwing it up! But usually PB toast, yogurt, and milk. Then usually a banana around 10 AM.
  • I usually eat dry cereal on the weekdays and an egg sandwich on the weekends.
  • I usually have an egg on toast with cheese and a slice of tomato or a fruit smoothie with almond butter spread on a piece of toast.
  • Today I had a banana, some string cheese, and a fiber one bar. 
  • It is really helpful to know I am not the only one wondering what I can do. I was used to eating something for breakfast, but now, I just don't feel like it. I am still so tired when I get up and usually my stomach is turning. My only pluws was working at a college where the caf is open, but finals are over today and the students are going home for the summer. No more special treats.

    This morning (around 9) I finally ate some dry Special K Red Berries (minus the red berries) and had a few sips of skim milk. Starving for lunch right now.

  • today i had a small bowl of cheerios when i first woke up b/c i felt so nauseous.  then i had a bagel with cream cheese when i got to work.  bad morning, i know.  but i usually just eat a bowl of cereal with some fruit.  my problem is that i get so nauseous in the morning and driving to work makes it worse.
