so this is my third pregnancy. I was excited to get to feel the baby earlier this time since I know what to look for--nope. Anterior placenta so at 19 weeks--nothing.
i always worry until I can feel something, ya know?
Yeah the first strong movements mean so much, and calm a lot of fears. I'm sure your little one is just fine though. Hopefully you will feel some movement soon. Not everyone with anterior placenta has problems feeling the baby move.
I'm sorry! I have a question though. Can your placenta become an anterior placenta or would you know from earlier ultrasounds? I just wonder when people usually find that out.
I'm sorry and I totally understand. I just started feeling movements recently, and when I went for my 20 wk U/S, what do you know... I have an anterior placenta. You will feel your little one soon - hang in there!
foxlm22 -- I'm not sure the exact answer to your question, but I've only had 2 ultrasounds, one at 7 weeks and the other at 20. FWIW, I didn't know about the anterior placenta until my big U/S.
