I like it-- I'm pretty sure I could eat healthy and do this a few times/week and stay skinny. ?I think it would help you lose weight/tone in combo with a good diet (if you need it, which I don't think you do-- most 17 year olds I know have pretty fast metabolisms ). ?
It's a circuit training system-- a bit of strength, then cardio, then abs. ?Three total circuits in 20 minutes. ??

Good point. Maybe I'll walk around the block once a month to keep my shape. You know I never wore maternity clothes. I should be friends with Momma2Orgy. Were practically the same age!
It is HARD but the moves aren't if that makes sense? Basically you work your body better than you ever could on a treadmill but do simple moves. If you aren't tired, sweaty and ready to quit at the end you need to move up to a higher level. It should become easier but if you aren't even sweating then yeah it's too easy for you.
I also like her "No more Troublezones" it's HARD! I did 20mins of it today and half the 30 day as well (stupid TV kept messing up). The Ab workout is a lot better on the Trouble zones one.
Re: :::please don't throw stones at me but I have a questions:::
its 20 mins a day. its just a nice bonus to whatever you do other days. i wouldnt do it for 30 days straight and think "omgz im goin to get skinny!"
I want to add a question...I'm really lazy. Will I find it too hard?
I prefer Richard Simmons personally.
hmmm...maybe I'll jump on the bandwagon. I guess that means I'll have to give up the Mickey D's too.

I literally bumped into him at the Mall of America in high school, fancy outfit and all. He was there doing a book signing. Pretty funny.?
