I'm a hard-core back sleeper, and switching to my side has been tough for me. ?I currently sleep with two pillows-- one between my knees, and the other either hugged to my chest or stuffed behind my back. ?By the time it gets to be past 3 a.m. or so, my hips usually hurt from the weight of being on my side. ?Sometimes I resort to sleeping in a semi-on-my-back position, with the pillows holding one hip and shoulder up higher than the other.
I know some ladies swear by the body pillow. ?I didn't want to buy a new pillow, and I actually like having two so I can move the second one around.?
My body is just beginning to tell me now that I can't sleep on my belly anymore.
Last night I slept terribly because I kept (not consciously) trying to roll onto my belly and would then have to roll over. It sucked, but I'm sure I'll get used to it quickly.

The Snoogle is helpful but mine ends up on the floor every night!
I am still able to sleep on my stomach. It is really hard not to!
I sleep on my tummy. I've TRIED ever since I found out I was pg to sleep on my side & would end up back on my stomach. It's now become uncomfortable so I sleep on my side with 2 KING size pillows, one in between my knees and one behind me...DH says I look like I'm building a fort for protection...lol but it's the only way I can get to sleep.
Yeah i still sleep on my stomach too. I asked my dr and he said as long as im still comfortable then its ok. Your body will let you know when its time to try your side. Lately ive been starting out so that im still on my stomach yet turn just so that im kind of on my side or at least beginning to turn on my side and i actually find it very comfortable.
But your good until your body and baby lets you know its not cool to sleep on your stomach anymore
