Dumb question, maybe, but I've got pregnancy brain like a mo'...

Can you feel the baby's heartbeat on the outside?

I've got movement at times, flutters and some wishy-washiness that I can feel, but what about the heartbeat? Is it just my own, by way of a vein across my abdomen that's supplanting the beat?

    Not usre, not that far, but most likely not. I got me a fetal heart monitor though...

    if you can feel it, it's prob yours.

    they say you can hear the babies, but not until later, like 25-30 weeks.

    YOUR organs in your body have their own HB which is pretty close to your HBR in general.. and as your body grows and the organs more you may be able to feel it some days and not so much others.. Kinda like when you can feel the pounding in your head during a headache...  So its normal... :)  But mostlikely not your LOs

    I can feel a really strong beat on my tummy too but I figured its mine because my pulse has gotten stronger on every pulse point recently.
