This song is now stuck in my head. Oh well, at least, it is a song that I like. :-)
TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!
Coming out of lurkdom to say that this song was banned for awhile in Malawi (African country where I lived for 2 years) because the president's mistress was named Cecilia. ?By the time I lived there, there was a new president, and it was on the radio all the time, right in between all the local African artists.?

Our beautiful daughter was born in October 2009. Turns out she was quite the miracle. After two years of TTC, diagnosed with DOR. A couple of failed treatment cycles later, we decided to let go of our hope for more biological children and explore adoption.
Re: for those who have never heard Cecilia
After 22 cycles and tube removal our IVF miracle has arrived! Detailed IF and IVF info in bio.
I can understand the youngens not knowing what Cecilia is. But anyone over 30 not knowing just baffles me.
I'm down on my knees
I'm begging you please to come home
Come on home.
People haven't heard that?!?! We used to listen to it at the beach all the time on family trips. Sooo good!

I am a Rock, Sound of Silence, Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme, Bridge over troubled waters, Mrs. Robinson
Surely, you know Mrs. Robinson, if not the others?
You'd probably know some if you heard them.
Now I feel really old. They were a staple in my house growing up.
You have heard of Paul Simon though, right? "You Can Call Me Al"?

Nikki...
I know more S+G songs that I do Paul Simon songs. In fact, other than the "Al" song mentioned above I couldn't name any.
But, Bridge over Troubled Water, Mrs Robinson, Sound of Silence, Cecilia, all are like just known.
The Lemonheads, I believe?
