Is Salsa Baby as good as everyone says???

A group of about 6 or 7 of my girlfriends and our babies (all under 5 months old) are debating on whether to sign up for Salsa baby or whether we should go the Baby Yoga route... is Baby Salsa really that amazing??

    So good! I love it so much I just signed up for a second session and my baby is already almost 6 months (will be starting next session)! Such an amazing work out, great cardio, so much fun and the babies love it !

    Ooh that is great Jess! Once we finish with baby yoga we will definitely do Baby Salsa! Which studio do you go to? I am going to call Prana Yoga, I hear they offer it, but I'm not 100% sure.

    I've been doing this last session at Millenium place but my next session will be at Step by Step... You have no location on your side bar... are you from Edmonton, or Canada, ?
