cheapest way to ship formula?

I have a few cans I am trading with someone, what is the cheapest route? Also, what kind of box? One I have lying around or use on of those flat rate boxes from the PO?

    what is the rate for the PO flat rate box? what size cans are you shipping and how many?I can do a dumb label for you at work and give you an idea of what the cost would be for UPS

    hmmm, I am sending 3 12.9 cans, not sure on the prices of the flat rate boxes, I was hoping some ebay guru would know off the top of their head.

    well they would probably be about 2lb each can. I am not sure where you are and where you are shipping to but UPS ground from Boston to LA for a 6lb box is $8.29

    I sent two cans in the flat rate envelope (as long as it fits in there it's one price), it was like $5 total.
