    I used it. I liked it - easy to use, see comments on people, do background checks, etc. The one big issue that we had was that a LOT of people flaked on the interviews I set up (I was looking for a part-time nanny). It was mostly college students around here that responded - maybe that was the issue?

    Have you tried Craigslist? We found our current sitter through that and LOVE her.
