Sitter City or other online babysitters?

We've been trying for over a year now to find a babysitter to watch DS for occasional date nights. We have a party in July that we have to go to. We're willing to pay good money to have someone come to our house from like 7-midnight. Has anyone used Sitter City or Care.com? They have listings of people right in our neighborhood, with background checks and references. I guess you have to pay to get access to the contact info. Anyone try this? How much does it cost? I feel like this is our only option- of course I'm too freaked out to even look at Craigslist..

    I've used care.com to look for jobs before.  I think it costs $20 but they sometimes do free weekends. 

    What area are you in?

    My girlfriend is a Nanny, she lives in st paul. Watched my sisters boys for the summer . She graduated from Cretin D.H and just had her first in december. I dont know if shes available but I can get you her email address if you want.. If she cant do it shes friends with TONS of other nannys
