This is hard. If you could do it just once, I would say go for it!! However, I tend to find the more I give in, the more I want it again. I have been able to get away with 3 small tubes of sixlets when I crave my chocolate. I even was able to get by with a mcds small chocolate milk shake not affecting my numbers. However, I have a feeling that was a fluke and haven't tried it again.
Afterall we are still humans, pregnant ones at that. Just because we have gd, our cravings aren't going to go away. Could you maybe get away with having half of one?

I usually never drink a whole one so i'm thinking I could just drink half and be done with it but i'm scared that since I haven't had one in so long that i'd go nuts with it! I may just go to wendys and get an itty bitty kid frosty instead. Everytime I think about cheating I think about giving birth to a toddler and my baby being obese her whole life and I feel bad! I'm so irrational about things!!
How can you have pizza 3x in a row and not have a coffee?? I haven't had pizza in like 7 weeks!! That's the first thing I want after LO is born. I always have a hard time with my numbers on the weekend because I always feel hungry!
I can't do one peice. lol I just stay away. My problem is I tend to eat bits all throughout the day and it totally screws me up! Last night at 11pm I had a pb and honey sandwich (only one slice) and my FBS was 97. Ugh I can't wait for it to be over! lol You're much better than I am.

i have no idea how strict the gd diet is and the rules and whatnot, nor how much cheating once can affect your sugars... so i am not saying go for it
but
if you do go to wendy's for a small frosty- they have a new one called the coffee-toffee frosty, which may satisfy your coffee urge as well
