Recommend your pediatrician. :)

We are scheduled to have our baby delivered on May 12 and we are having some trouble narrowing down our physician selection!! Does anybody have a pediatrician to recommend? Bonus points if they're on the NE side of Grand Rapids!! Thanks so much!!! :)

    Any of the doctors at Alger Pediatrics!  Seriously, they're all great.  Their office is at Eastern & Burton.  Dr. Daining & Dr. Hoffman are males.  Dr. Addy, Dr. Rauwerda, Dr. Kort are all female.  I've seen all the doctors except Dr. Whalen (sp?) and we love their office.  They have a website - you could google it & find out more about the drs.


    They are always on time when we come in for routine appts. One of my favorite things about the office is that they have open hours every morning from something like 7:30-8:30, that you can bring your kids in to be seen without an appointment.  So, if your baby has been screaming all night & you think they have an ear infection, you can just drop in.  We've only done it once, and it was great to have that option.
