I could really go for a glass of wine. Do you think one glass is ok while pumping?

While you are actually pumping... probably not the best idea. ?But as soon as you're done... go for it! ?It'll clear by the time you need to pump/feed next.

i think one glass should not be a big deal, just make sure you also eat

If you are pumping WHILE you drink it I doubt the alcohol will make it to your milk that quickly
