Hayley- only because I know 2 people that spell it that way so I'm familiar with that spelling. Hailey is probably the most common spelling though. I love this name. Very cute!
I have had stuednts with each of these spelling but I like Hailey best/
"Normal day, let me be aware of the treasured day you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart...let me hold you while I may."

All the ones I know spell it Haley, and it is pronounced the same as all of the above. Also, babynamesworld.com lists its pronunciation as HAY-lee, which is the exact same as the spelling Hailey.
I was going to also suggest Haley. I have met several Haleys, and they all pronounced the name as it is in the OP, not as Hal-lee. If it were like Halle Berry, I would expect it to be spelled like Hallie.
Anyway, I think Haley is fine, but of the ones listed I like Hailey as well.?
I prefer Hailey, although I think the traditional spelling is Hayley (like the actress Hayley Mills). I don't know if it's a regional thing, but I pronounce the name Hailey like the word hail and Hayley like the word hay (so they sound slightly different to me).
We picked that name for our LO who is due in 12 days. We thought Hailey, but now are debating Haylie. I like both... I think with my previous posts, the general consensus was Hailey.
Re: Which spelling do you like best?

I personally hate Hailey. Don't like that it has "hail" in the spelling.
To me, the traditional spelling is Hayley and I like this the best. Hailey, Haylie, etc are all newer made up spellings.

What are you leaning towards?
Hailey. This is my brother's little girl's name, and they spelling it Hayleigh. It drives me crazy.??
