Childbirth Classes

Anyone have any recommendations of a good childbirth class in Denver? I'd like to learn about pain management techniques, but not exclusively focus on natural.

Where are you delivering? We delivered at St. Joseph's and just used their "Prepared Childbirth" class. I thought it was good, gave lots of information on what to expect during labor, pain management techniques, and your options for pain control once you're at the hospital. I enjoyed it!
