So a few weeks ago I was going through the 'I don't feel very pg' phase so I went out and I bought a couple digital hpts. I usually only test with FRER non-digitals, but thought I an not worried about sensitivity right now, I just want that confirmation.
I get home with my booty and take one of the tests. Three minutes pass, I am sitting there on the pot, watching it, not even the little timer blinkie flashes on the test. I am looking at a blank screen. Read the insert, invalid test.
So I pop the lid off the test and look at absorbent tip, completely dry, I had missed it entirely. Crap, didn't have to pee anymore and the insert says to use test immediately after opening the foil wrap.
Bright idea hits me, it is already an waste of a test, I'll just put the tip in the toliet water since I haven't flushed yet. I fully know that it invalidated the test but it was just going to get thrown away anyways. Placed the tip in the water for the recommended time.
Little blinkie flashed, flashed some more, flashed some more, pregnant. HOLY CRAP, my toliet is pregnant.
Pregnancy brain, I pph you.
