So I just finished making a Spanish coffee cake! It smells delish! Update for those who wished me a happy b-day... DH took me to a romantic hotel for the night and out to dinner at The Melting Pot (a fondue place). It was pretty food just expensive but the chocolate fondue was awesome! Hope everyone is well. Oh and my prayers are with you Mandee.

    Oh, I have always wanted to try the The Melting Pot, but I am saving that for a special dinner or something.
