Why did I eat jalapeno chips for lunch?  Now all I can do is sit here at work and pray for the day to be done so I can go have a glass of milk.  Heartburn be DAMNED!!!

    I've never had heartburn in my life until this past week. It is so bad... all the way up in my throat - gross, and so uncomfortable!

    Yesterday I had a taco for dinnner and thought I was going to die... meh!

    Doesn't that suck horribly.  Does anyone at your office have Tums?  They are safe to take.

    I know what you mean...jalepeno chips have been one of my cravings this pregnancy. I eat them all of the time and pay for it later.

    I agree with everyone here - I am going to have to invest in some Tums.  Why does that thought make me feel old?  Must be the hormones Stick out tongue

    I keep a bottle of tums at home, at my desk, and one in my purse exactly for this reason. I'm going to eat whatever I want, so if I get heartburn I have to be prepared Stick out tongue

    Most doctors will also tell you that pepcid is alright to take, too.
