My kid is a rock star! (2 week appointment stats)

Nolan had his two week appointment this afternoon. His birth weight was originally 7 pounds, 11 ounces. He dropped down to 7 pounds and 2 ounces during our hospital stay.

Today he weighed in at a whopping 8 pounds, 4 ounces! Yay! And he grew a 1/2 inch! Way to grow, kid! Big Smile

(Note: We are breastfeeding and news like this helps make those wee morning hour feedings and his occasional cluster feedings feel so much more bearable!)

Toads, it very well could have been yesterday. All the days since his birth seem to have run together into one big clump, which is why I haven't been on very much lately!

Yay for a great appt - glad he's doing so well! And I hear ya about feeling good about the weigh in b/c you're BF'ing - I tear up at every weigh-in b/c I know she's eating enough! LOL!
