I'm itching to start some new types of food w/DD and I was curious to get some ideas of stuff you ladies give your LO's. Right now DD just eats about 1/2 of a stage 2 jar and we'll be switching her to stage 3 this weekend.
I was kind of thinking that I should start trying out more regular foods w/her, like maybe regular oatmeal (perhaps instant?) or little pieces of a torn up waffle or something? Every finger food we've given her she's done fine with, even little bits of grilled chicken, veggies, etc. She still eats and loves puffs, yogurt drops, cheerios, etc.
Ideas?

DD loves yogurt. I'm trying to do fruit as finger food more and not pureed too. She can do pancakes which I would do before waffles since they are softer.
How about plain grits with fruit? or pancakes?
Cottage cheese is also great for breakfast and so is toast
