Getting PG with no Period???

not really pos. right? I had my IUD taken out March 12th, and havn't had a period in at least a year. My Dr. said if i dont have a period within 2 months of having IUD take a pg test then come in for blood work if Neg. Well i'm like 2 weeks shy of that 2 month mark. Last night got home from work and softball paractice and my ankles are swollen didnt twist them and they dont hurt, well DH noticed and said When was the last time your ankles were swollen without any reason? Can't be PG can I?

    I'd go get a pregnancy test right now and then you'll know!

    you ovulate.. then you get your period if the egg is not fertilized. 

    So yes - you can absolutely get pregnant without getting your period.

    Swollen ankles could be from too much sodium, dehydration, on your feet a lot, etc. ?That said, if you are having sex and have no form of birth control, then YES you could be pregnant. ?Your period would come AFTER you ovulated, so if you had sex during ovulation, you would get pregnant, and not have a period. ?Go pee on a stick!

    With our "surprise" #3 - I never got my period after I stopped nursing.  It was about 2 months after I had stopped nursing that I finally called my doc to ask if this was normal, etc. - they told me to take a pg test (I had taken 2 about 2-3 weeks prior, both negative) and then call them back.  I thought there was no way I could be PG but I was!!!!  So I had ovulated and was due to start AF, just never got to that point.

     Go get a test!!

    a good friend of mine got pg after she weaned her baby - had not had a period yet - then started to have m/s and POAS and it was pos.

    I never had a period between my 2nd and 3rd babies...

    I got pregnant without have a regular period for years. I have PCOS. Yeah, it can happen.

    Totally possible.  My mom didn't have a period for about 5 years.  She got PG with a baby that she m/c.  Then got PG with me before she had a period.  BF me through a year and got PG with my younger brother without having a period and BF him forever, but I think her periods came back when he was about a year old.  So from 1978-1983, she didn't have a period.  I only had one very very light one in between my girls.
