? about Braxton Hicks

So, I am pretty sure I have had braxton hicks occasionally for weeks not (not daily, super intermittent), but the last 3-4 days I have had a couple a day I think, but they are a bit crampy/uncomfortable, not real strong pain though.  Is this normal?  Are they braxton hicks?  Does this say anything about progress?

    Could be progress. I had BH daily up until I delivered.  I'd say that got crampy/painfully about 3 weeks before I delivered.
