  LOL yeah I was going to shred tonight too, but the paper shredder broke. 

  Ok....that was lame. But seriously, that's about as close to shredding as I'm getting.

  I'm still so sore from yesterday that I had to take the day off.  If it makes your boobs hurt, does that mean that you are doing the push ups right or wrong?
