Is this normal?

I am about eight weeks along, I think, with my first.  However, today my pelvic area was cramping off and on all day.  Is that normal or is that something to be concerned about?

    Normal. Unless you start experiencing such horrible pain that you're doubling over then call doctor or go to ER.

    I think it's normal. ?I had slight cramping -- more of just an annoying dull pain -- on and off from about 3 - 7 or 8 weeks. ?I think it's just your uterus stretching and preparing for this watermelon it's about to carry!
