So lost and confused...sorta long

Alright so I am on like day 45 of my cycle... I havent charted.  On about April 18th or 19th I got alittle bit of cramping and SLIGHT spotting, possible implantation bleeding?!?!.  So my boobs are way bigger, and DARKER so of course that was alarming. I had a regular GYN appointment scheduled for monday. While I was there they did a blood test...BFN. He told me to call back today if still no AF.  Called Dr. today, he wants me to come back next thursday.  I am so confused bc my back,  pelvic area and upper legs are really ache, I am extremely tired and having dizzy spells and my boobs are getting even bigger.But test is still BFN.  Is there anything that could be getting over looked?  cysts? ANYTHING?!

    Welcome to the world of long cycles.  If you are still BFN then you are not pregnant.  Hopefully your doctor will be able to give you more insight into what's going on.  I had very inconsistent cycles before my BFP, and charting REALLY helped so I had a clue as to whether/when I ovulated.  GL.

    I don't really have any answers for you but I always get the upper leg aches right before and during AF.  I have always thought it to be very strange.  The other "symptoms" you list are also indicators of AF.  I would just wait and see what your doctor says next week.

    Could be cysts, as I understand they mimic pregnancy signs. I would try to relax, and maybe take Advil for the aches.??GL with your MD appointment. ?

    There's really no way to know what's going on.  Especially since you're not charting, there's no way to know if it's AF on the way (AF symptoms and pg symptoms can be very similar), or if you even ovulated or not.

    If you got a BFN, you're either not pregnant, or you are, and it's too early to tell.  But again, since you're not charting, there's no way to know when/if you ovulated, so there's no way to know if you are late or not.
