hey everyone!

 

where does everyone get their product reviews...is it based on personal advise, or do you utilize the web for reviews...if so...what websites. right now i am focusing on cribs...any advice???

    Buy the new Baby Bargains book. It is a lifesaver! TONS of reviews, and they are based on both safety AND what you get for the $$$.  It's such a great resource. I re-did my entire registry after reading that book! (There is a whole chapter on cribs!)

    I use Consumer Reports online.  It costs to get a membership, but well worth it!

    Baby Bargains is an excellent resource.  Also, just ask around, especially on the various baby boards or friends with babies.  They have some of the best recommendations, since they're the people actually using the stuff daily

    I also used Baby Bargains when I registered for items with my son.  Consumer Reports also had some good info as well.

    Baby Bargains, Consumer Reports, friends/family for the most part- I'll also read some online reviews on Babies R Us, Amazon, etc. but take those with a grain of salt...
