Royal Jelly is used in a lot of skin care products to help retain/attract moisture to the skin. It is great, but I wouldn't suggest using it if you have an allergy to bees as it is secreted from the salivary glands of the workers bees to feed the larvae. Hope that you find this works for you!!!

It should be taken for 2 months when trying to conceive.  Royal jelly is rich in B vitamins, enzymes, hormones and amino acids and assists in the treatment of PMS, the menopause, infertility and impotence. As a hormone balancer, it can be used for acne, migraines and post natal depression.
