steam cleaners

Any one have a steam cleaner?   Not just a upright carpet cleaner but one that cleans everything such as bathrooms and tile floors.  You don't need any chemicals.  I am looking for one to buy or rent.  I have grout that needs some attention and I hear that a good steam cleaner works really well.  Thanks!
