I like it a lot, but I think the "che" pronunciation works best if you have an Italian(-sounding) last name. With that caveat, I think it's a fantastic name.
I have a friend with that name, but she pronounces it Lu-sha. A lot of people call her Lu-see-a until she corrects them in the pronunciation, but I love it.
