Heartburn??

If you have had it before, what does it feel like for you???

I think I might be experiencing it but I am not so sure... I know I could google it but I would rather ask you guys!!

    Mine is more like acid reflux. In my throat and upper chest.

    mine always feels like a creeping sensation of awfulness going up my throat.

    I guess it would be described as a burn, that you cannot quench with water. I usually have some milk or tums to make it go away.

    Sort of like a burning feeling high up in your chest (like around the diaphragm), kind of underneath the heart.

    I got a little bit last night because I ate spicy pizza and then went to bed not long after and my esophagus was burning.

    ditto this. it doesn't burn, it just feels like something is lodged in my throat, mixed with a little stomach acid. lovely, i know. tums is supposed to help, plus it has extra calcium.

      get yourself some tums!!  I hope it goes away fast. I hate heartburn.

    Mine has thankfully let off a bit.  It burns me from my upper chest up to my throat.  Sometimes it makes me feel like I want to throw up.

    Ditto to the Tums! I've gotten nauseated, like Mrs.F said, and have had coughing fits bc of it. It ain't no fun, hope yours doesn't get bad!

    UGH!  It's painful and sucks!!!  It feels like pressure in your chest and burns, at least that's what mine feels like.  The past two days have been hell for me!  I would also describe it like what a heart attack would feel like, from the bottom of the center of my ribs up into my throat sometimes...not a nice feeling.  Tums work, sometimes.

    I have been having it off and on since I got PG.  It feels like I am burping fire, and there is an uncomfortable burning sensation in my chest.  I take Rolaids-they seem to work the best-Tums do not do much.  I think pretty much anything is ok to take when pg, just check with the doc.  Mine ok'ed the Rolaids.

    Not sure how to explain how it feels, but I read that Apple Cider Vinegar (Organic Unpasterized) is great for it....and a bunch of other things.
