I need a NICU-style snot scuker

One of my guys is horribly congested, and the bulb sucker just isn't cutting it. I wish I could squirt saline up his nose then suck all those nasties out with the high-powered vacuum thing they have in the NICU.

    Have you tried the battery powered one? It is stronger and quicker...

    What kind of electric sucker do you have? I looked at them on Amazon right after the guys came home and they all had terrible reviews, so I've been assuming that most of them don't have great suction.

    It's totally gross but there's the Nose Frieda (https://www.nosefrida.com) which works like a charm and was highly recommended by our pedi.  Around here most Whole Foods carries them but you might want to call first - - it took us visits to three different stores to find one.

    wow, that thing def. looks cool, I never heard of that one.  I have the BebeSounds one and I love it, and she does too!  It even plays music too, but she doesn't care either way.

    Sweater has one and loves it.  She's got a pic of it on one of her blog posts.  I'm not sure what it's called but you could page her and ask.  I know what you mean, I"d love to have a NICU vacuum nose sucker too!

    I had a NICU flashback last week when C was sick.  She was so congested that she couldn't breathe and they used a vacuum like the NICU to suck it all out.  It really did make me wish I had one at home since we'd been using the bulb syringe faithfully and her o2 sats were still at 88%!
