  Your first month off BC you shouldn't worry about anything yet. That being said 10 day LP is the minimum you want. I would wait at least 6 months off BC before you try supplimenting to fix something that may not even be a problem.

  I wouldn't wory too much cause your cycle is still regulating.

  My first cycle off BCP my cycle was only 25 days, then cycle 2 went to 29 days.  My OBGYN said it would take 3 months to regulate.  Im on month 3 and will probably have a 28 day cycle.  Don't worry yet.

  I wouldn't be overly concerned yet, it is only your first month of BCP.  I have short LPs (5-7 days) and my doc said she wouldn't be concerned until after my 6 cycle of charting.
