Are you actually peeing or just having the urge and not getting much out? As long as a decent amount of pee is being produced, I doubt it is a UTI.
The first UTI I ever had felt like someone was ripping my insides out by the time it progressed to frequent urges. Since then I call my doc for pain meds at the first hint of one.
2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14
I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
I just had my first UTI last month. It was very painful but after a dose of antibiotics it cleared up. I continued having frequent urination like for two weeks after the pain went away.
Mine always hurt but mu sister gets them without pain. Her only clues are having to pee often and a strong yucky smelling urine. Sometimes if she's not paying attention and lets it go for a week she'll start running a fever and get lower back pain as it spreads to her kidneys. They are common but still serious. If you think something is wrong, call the dr. Its just a simple urine test and then they'll put you on antibiotics!
Just made an appt for tomorrow. It's tweaking me out! I'm like a twice-a-day-pee-er. I can suck down coffee & tea all day and not make a trip to the bathroom for hours.
Yesterday I actually peed 14 times (yes I started counting at about 4). And once in the middle of last night. And 6 times so far today. It's not little trickles either a la UTI, it's like a full blown pee. Anyways, thanks for weighing in.?
Re: painless UTI?
I know, I would be really lucky. Except I'm not sure I have a UTI. In the past, it's always hurt like hell. ?
Right now, I'm just peeing 600 times day. Without any pain. And I'm trying to self diagnose over the internet. ?
