PSA: My DD fell through her exersaucer

DD is a little rough in her saucer but I did not think this would happen. She is well under the weight limit and it was put together properly and the height has been raised each time it should be. 

The plastic sewn on tags on the fabic insert she sits in broke. They were cracked in half. She was ok she actually laughed about it but I want to share this with you all.

Check your saucers. Pull up on the plastic ring and just check your plastic sewn on parts to make sure they are in tact. 

Also. When I called to get another one sent and told them what happened they told me my saucer was one of the recalled ones for the end caps. 

When the recall came out I had called them before and they said it wasn't. So you might want to check on this again. My end caps never stayed put under the saucer storage part so if they said yours was not a recal but yours do not stay put I would call them again. It dones't appear they were all on the same page.
