Ear+Sinus+Throat Infections!

Poor guy had the triple threat! Dr said the throat might be strep but there was no point even testing since he was already prescribing antibiotics for the other 2 (and lets just say Gavin is not cooperative with that swab!). Good news is that his lungs sound clear so no pneumonia which was his first concern when he saw we were back again so soon. We will keep doing breathing treatments to keep it under control as all this junk drains. We also had the tube talk. This is his 4th ear infection since January. Dr was not in a big hurry to do them, but said he thinks we are headed that way- probably this summer/fall. This is no big shock to me. Every kid in my family has had them- including myself.

Wow, that is a lot for a little one. I hope Gavin gets better soon. Glad his lungs are clear. Hope everything else clears up soon with the antibiotics.
